Sarsfields U10 participated in what has now become an Annual trip to Ballyduff Upper Co. Tipperary.

2 teams when and were graded into a Division 1 and 3.

In the Division 1 the Sars team beat Ballygunner in match 1 by a point in a very tight game in their second game they lost by two points to a very strong De La Salle team.
However it still meant that if Sars won the final match versus St Carthages (Lismore/Ballysaggart) they would qualify for next week.
While two points up at half time, unfortunately the lads faded in the last few minutes and Lismore won out by 5 points.

In the Division 3 Sars played Naomh Brid in the first game and having been well behind fought back to earn a draw.
They beat Cappoquin by a goal in their second match.  However in the last match they lost by 4 points to a strong St Olivers team.
This was a great performance as the 3 other clubs involved were first teams on the respective clubs.

The lads played their heart out with the whole Ballyduff adventure proving to be a great experience that will stand to them going forward.
