Sarsfields Juvenile Hurling Club AGM 2010

The 27th Annual General Meeting of Sarsfields Juvenile Hurling Club was held on Friday 22nd January.  A large attendance with many new faces were present. 

The chairman thanked all the team managers and fellow officers for their assistance during the year.  He also thanked the main sponsors who finance the club and finally all the supporters and players for their contribution in 2009.

During the year a total of 192 competitive games, as well as numerous challenge and street league games, were played. 

The secretary reported “the most notable events of the year were the 125th Celebration of the GAA Lá na gClub in May, which is to be repeated in 2010, and our week long Training Camp in July.”

The officers and the general committee were elected and managers were appointed for all age categories for 2010.  The club are facing into 2010 with a positive agenda.
